The opportunity

Goodride Tyres and Mechanical Revesby is seeking an experienced Truck Tyre Fitter to join our dynamic team in Revesby, NSW. As a Truck Tyre Fitter, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient installation, repair and maintenance of tyres on a wide range of commercial vehicles, ensuring our customers receive exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

Safely remove, inspect, repair and replace tyres on a variety of truck, bus, and other commercial vehicles

Maintain accurate records of all tyre-related work performed

Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide recommendations

Assist with other tyre technican tasks as required to support the overall operations of the workshop

Uphold strict safety standards and follow all company policies and procedures

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years' experience as a Truck Tyre Fitter or similar role in the automotive industry

Strong technical knowledge of truck and commercial vehicle tyre systems and repair procedures

Ability to use tyre changing equipment and tools safely and efficiently

Good communication and customer service skills

Commitment to maintaining a clean, organised and safe work environment

Relevant trade qualification or certification (e.g. Certificate III in Automotive Mechanical Technology) preferred
