Club Demonstration Services (CDS) is the preferred in-house product demonstration service provider for Costco — yes, we’re the team behind the famous Costco samples. We create memorable in-store experiences by offering product tastings and demonstrations that connect members with great brands.

The Opportunity

This is a casual position ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic, engaging, and confident talking to customers. You’ll represent various brands by preparing and promoting both food and non-food products through in-store demonstrations.

We’re looking for enthusiastic Sales Advisors to join our casual team across multiple Queensland locations. If you enjoy engaging with customers and working in a dynamic retail environment, this could be the perfect role for you!

Locations

We have openings at the following locations:

Ipswich

Coomera

North Lakes

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, present, and promote a wide range of products

Offer samples and engage with Costco members in a friendly and informative manner

Set up and pack down demonstration stations

Maintain a clean and organised demonstration area

Communicate product features, benefits, and usage ideas

Help drive product sales through excellent customer service

What We're Looking For

Retail, hospitality, or event experience (preferred but not essential)

Comfortable using basic kitchen equipment (microwave, oven, etc.)

Ability to stand for up to 6 hours

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

High energy and confidence in engaging with the public

Available between 10am – 5pm, including weekends on a rotating roster

RSA/Barista certificate is a bonus, but not required

Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work unrestricted hours in Australia
