The role

We’re looking for a qualified HC Truck Driver to join our team full-time in Rutherford. You’ll be delivering across the Hunter and surrounding areas, with variety in your week and plenty of local runs. You must be licensed and open to jumping into all truck sizes for coverage!

What we need you to have:

Current HC Driver’s Licences

A Forklift Licence (LF) is essential

Willingness to operate both HC and HR vehicles as needed

Proven experience loading and unloading structural steel and plant equipment

Confident in managing delivery dockets, inventory checks, and load and unload assessment forms

Strong focus on safety with knowledge of SWMS, FCS inspections, and NHVR guidelines

Flexible with working hours and able to assist across the wider FCS team when required

The ability to individually check all load items and confirm dockets

Proven good driving history with commitment to safe work practices

Ability to adhere to laws, rules and regulations surrounding a high vehicle licence

Team player with a proactive attitude, high attention to detail and a strong work ethic

Ability to comply with regular drug and alcohol testing

Candidates must successfully complete a pre-employment medical (including drug and alcohol screening) before an employment offer can be made.
