We're seeking experienced mining professionals for casual roles in Central Queensland, with opportunities for single and multi-skilled operators across several high-performing sites.

Position Overview:

Location: Middlemount, QLD (Bowen Basin)

Roster: 7/7 rotating day and night shifts

Pay Rate: $58–$65/hour + monthly production bonus (KPI-based)

Site Access: BIBO available from Bundaberg, Rockhampton, and Mackay

Duration: Long-term opportunities

Required Equipment Experience:

Rigid Haul Trucks (CAT 789 or higher) – Mandatory

Additional machinery highly regarded:

Dozers

Water Truck

Graders

Excavators (500–600T)

Minimum Requirements:

Minimum 2 years’ experience on Rigid Haul Trucks

Current Statement of Attainment (S11)

Current driver's licence

Ability to pass:

Coal Board Medical

Pre-employment fitness assessment

Drug and alcohol screening

Valid machinery site sign-off records (signed by SSE or delegate, within last 5 years)

Strong commitment to safety and teamwork

Key Responsibilities:

Safe and effective operation of mining equipment

Routine inspections and basic maintenance

Reporting hazards and operational concerns

Meeting production targets in a collaborative environment

Adhering to strict safety protocols and procedures
