About the role

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team at the Western Heritage Motor Inn in Moranbah, Queensland. As a full-time Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and crafting delicious cocktails and beverages for our guests.

What you'll be doing

Preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company policies and procedures

Providing outstanding customer service to ensure a positive experience for all guests

Maintaining a clean and organised bar area, including stocking and rotating inventory

Adhering to all relevant liquor licensing laws and regulations

Assisting with bar-related events and functions as needed

Collaborating with the food and beverage team to create innovative drink menus

Maintaining detailed records of stock levels and sales

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role within the hospitality industry

Strong knowledge of different spirits, cocktails, and bar menu items

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team

Proficiency in cash handling and point-of-sale systems

Certification in Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) or willingness to obtain

Flexible and adaptable to work in a fast-paced environment
