What the role involves:

Assisting with warehouse duties (receiving, organising, preparing flooring materials)

Learning and assisting with carpet, vinyl, hybrid, and timber flooring installations

Supporting the team on projects in residential and commercial settings

Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

This role will include both warehouse work and hands-on flooring/carpet installation, with full training provided across all aspects of the flooring industry

What we're looking for:

A positive attitude and willingness to learn

Strong work ethic and reliability

Good communication and teamwork skills

Current driver's license preferred (but not essential)

Previous experience in warehouse, trade, or labour work is a bonus, but not required

Forklift license is advantageous, or we can provide training for the right candidate

Ability to lift up to 25kg and work in physically demanding environments

Right to work in Australia
