As a Nurse at Emmerton Park you will have the ability to provide a variety of direct nursing care including assessment, co-ordination, case management and care planning to ensure high quality care for our residents and clients. There are casual and permanent part time positions available. The primary focus of this role is providing quality care based on Resident and Client care needs while continuously promoting their quality of life.

Applicants must address the key selection criteria detailed below.

Client Services:

Aged Care or Community Health experience relevant to position will be highly regarded.

Demonstrated competence in contemporary nursing practice.

Sound analytical and problem solving skills.

Administration and Documentation

Formal relevant qualifications in the field.

Demonstrated ability to use or willingness to learn computer software in the delivery of care services.

Demonstrated documentation skills or be prepared to participate in training.

Quality:

Participate and contribute in maintaining quality systems.

Demonstrated understanding of continuous quality improvement.

Demonstrated understanding of the Aged Care Accreditation Standards or be prepared to participate in training.

Key Requirements:

Working with Vulnerable People Check.

Current Registration with AHPRA.

Medical clearance.
