As a Disability and Mental Health Support Worker, your role is all about making life better for the people we support. You'll be:

Supporting people to achieve their daily goals – whether that’s cooking a meal, attending an appointment, or going to a concert

Providing emotional support and companionship – being a trusted, respectful presence.

Supporting with personal care and medication where needed.
Encouraging independence, inclusion, and choice in everyday life. Helping build and maintain meaningful routines, hobbies, and community connections.

No two days are the same and you will be working with amazing people- that's what makes it meaningful.

We are offering regular ongoing shifts spanning from 50 - 60 hours per fortnight with a potential conversion to permanent part time role after 6 months.

We’re after someone who is:

Able to work a variety of mornings, evenings, weekends and sleepover shifts

🎓 Holds (or is working toward) a Cert III or IV in Disability, Mental Health, Community Services, or similar

👟 Reliable, flexible, and comfortable with both quiet support and active, engaging shifts

📋 Has a valid NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid/CPR, and driver’s licence

🧠 Understanding of mental health, neurodiversity, and the disability community

💙 Empathetic, kind, and genuinely interested in people
