The Role
We’re currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Educators to join our client’s team on the Sunshine Coast. There are opportunities across the Nursery, Toddler, and Pre-School rooms, with flexibility depending on your strengths and experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality education and care in line with the EYLF and NQF
• Plan, implement, and evaluate engaging, age-appropriate programs
• Build warm, trusting, and respectful relationships with children and families
• Maintain safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environments
• Collaborate with your team to ensure smooth daily operations
• Accurately document children’s learning and development
• Support compliance, health, and safety practices at all times

What We’re Looking For

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA recognised)
• A passion for creating engaging, inclusive, and safe learning environments
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Current Working With Children Check and First Aid (inc. CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis)
• Experience in early learning settings (all levels considered)
