We are currently seeking a highly motivated Head Trainer to join our dynamic team at BFT Mernda. The Head Trainer will be a pivotal member of our team, primarily responsible for leading operations on the studio floor, ensuring the highest standards of coaching and member engagement. You will also work in close collaboration with management to cultivate an exceptional member experience, foster a vibrant and inclusive community, and actively contribute to the overall growth and success of the studio.

The proven ability to take charge, inspire, and lead a team effectively

Flexibility and availability to work a varied schedule, including mornings, evenings, and weekends, as well as attend special studio events

An enthusiastic and positive attitude, coupled with a strong willingness to learn and adapt

Prior industry experience is highly desired

Comfortable on camera and creating social media content

Essential Qualifications and Certifications:

Minimum Certificate IV in Fitness

Current CPR and First Aid certifications

A valid Working with Children Check
