Key Responsibilities

Assist with the delivery of process engineering projects from planning and design through to commissioning.

Undertake process assessments, analysis, and troubleshooting on client sites.

Support the preparation of technical documentation, including reports, calculations, procedures, and risk assessments.

Work collaboratively with engineers, project managers, and clients to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions.

Apply engineering standards, codes, and best practices to ensure compliance and safety.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, including process optimization and operational readiness activities.

About You

Bachelor of Engineering (Chemical or Process) or equivalent, recognised by EA

Minimum 1 year of relevant industry experience (graduate roles, placements, or site-based engineering experience).

Exposure to large process plants, water infrastructure, or heavy industry desirable.

Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Flexible and willing to travel frequently across regional Queensland.

Interest in working towards RPEQ and/or CPEng accreditation highly regarded.
