Our client is a leader in the field of Chemical Blending, Formulating, and Packaging. They operate a fast-paced production site, that involves production fill lines, machine operation, batching and blending of chemicals, packaging and storage solutions.

They currently have day shift position available for experienced counterbalance and reach Forklift Operator to join their growing warehousing team, with a view to permanency.

Pay rate: $34/hr + OT Shift Time: 7am-5pm Mon-Fri with OT on Saturday when required

Your role and responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Performing material handling operations using reach & counterbalance forklift
• Loading and unloading trucks & containers
• Preparing materials for storage or shipment
• Stock picking orders and moving around the warehouse.
• Manual handling & palletising
• Stock put aways to correct warehouse locations
• Checking for damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies
• Replenishments

To be considered for this role, the following are essential:

• Current LF Licence with min 1 year experience on reach & counterbalance
• Driver's license and reliable transport
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work unsupervised and be self-motivated.
• Physically fit for heavy lifting (up to 25kg)
• Full Australian working rights
