We are currently seeking motivated and reliable General & Skilled Labourers to join our clients' teams across Melbourne’s suburbs, including Laverton, Derrimut, Altona, Truganina, Sunshine, Campbellfield etc.

Whether you're just starting out or looking to build on your experience, we offer flexible, ongoing casual work with the potential to transition into full-time employment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist tradespeople with site tasks, setup, and clean-up

Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment

Operate hand and power tools (jackhammers, grinders, saws, drill press – desirable)

Carry out basic construction labouring, demolition, strip-outs, and concreting assistance

Operate fixed plant machines (training provided where required)

Perform quality checks and maintain a clean, organised work environment

Always follow site-specific OH&S procedures and safety protocols

Support a variety of warehouse and site-based tasks as required, perform general labouring duties, including manual handling, loading/unloading.

· Warehousing (container unloading, high reach & counterbalance forklift roles)

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in construction, labouring, warehousing, or similar (preferred)

Physically fit and comfortable with manual, repetitive tasks

A strong work ethic and a team-focused, can-do attitude

Ability to follow instructions and work independently when required

Flexibility with start times and shifts

White Card – Mandatory

Valid Australian work rights (Citizenship, Residency, or full working visa)

Reliable transport and current driver’s licence (preferred)

Willingness to undergo a pre-employment Drug & Alcohol test

Highly Regarded (but not essential):

Forklift licence (High Reach or Counterbalance)

Construction tickets (EWP, Spotters, Traffic Control)

Working With Children Check

Experience with power tools and machinery
