At Interspec Custom Joinery, we specialise in high-end, bespoke cabinetry and architectural fit-outs. From luxury kitchens and detailed wardrobes to unique vanities and full-home joinery, we pride ourselves on precision, craftsmanship, and a supportive team culture.

We’re expanding and looking for skilled cabinetmakers who want to be part of a growing, design-led company delivering award-winning projects across Sydney.

What you’ll be doing

Reading and interpreting detailed joinery drawings

Cutting, assembling, edging, and finishing custom cabinetry to the highest standard

Working across kitchens, wardrobes, vanities, and architectural fit-outs

Collaborating with a close-knit team on the factory floor and occasionally on-site

Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment

What we’re looking for

Trade-qualified cabinetmakers or proven experience in joinery manufacturing

Ability to read plans and work independently with minimal supervision

Strong attention to detail with a passion for quality workmanship

Reliable, punctual, and proactive with a positive team attitude

Comfortable working on a variety of custom and architectural joinery projects
