Qualified Arborist – Full-Time

About the Role:

Arborise Tree Care is seeking a skilled and passionate Qualified Arborist to join our close-knit and committed team. In this full-time role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining the health, safety, and aesthetics of trees across residential, commercial, and public spaces. This is an excellent opportunity to work hands-on with a variety of tree care projects while delivering expert advice to our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform pruning, trimming, and removals in accordance with industry best practices

Provide professional advice to clients on tree health, safety, and maintenance

Operate and maintain specialised equipment (e.g., chainsaws, chippers, EWPs)

Maintain accurate records of all work undertaken

Ensure compliance with OHS, environmental, and industry regulations

Work collaboratively with our team to deliver high-quality outcomes

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum Certificate III in Arboriculture

Demonstrated industry experience as a qualified arborist

Understanding of tree biology, identification, and structural assessments

Proficiency with arboricultural tools and machinery

Excellent communication and customer service skills

High regard for safety, risk management, and environmental sustainability

Manual driver’s licence (or willingness to obtain - MR desirable)

Ability to work well in a team
