A little about us:

Active Balance is a private practice located in the expanding seaside town of Old Bar, on the beautiful mid north coast of NSW.

Old Bar is close to Taree, Forster and Port Macquarie. You will be spoilt for choice when exploring this magical region, be it by the ocean or the countryside.

Our clinic currently has 3 full time physiotherapists and full-time administrative support.

We enjoy an excellent relationship with local GP’s and specialists, and working for our team will give you a chance to see a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions and injuries across all age groups.

We provide a range of health services to a varied clientele; including musculoskeletal and neurological physiotherapy, vestibular assessment and treatment, women’s health physiotherapy, sporting injury management, orthopaedics, the list goes on!

Our Physiotherapists have a strong focus on hands on therapy, including dry needling, with a special interest in sports injury management, especially ankle and knee injury rehabilitation.

Our clinic in Old Bar has private treatment rooms with an onsite gym and access to the local gym for group classes and rehab sessions, right on the beach!

The role on offer:

Full time role with negotiable hours/days

Private practice with varied case load – sporting injuries and post operative rehabilitation, general MSK, sporting team management, orthopaedic and neurological rehabilitation, gym based group exercise classes, NDIS, workers compensation, GPCCMP and DVA

Requirements:

Current AHPRA registration, Professional indemnity insurance

Working with children check, NSW Police check, NDIS workers check

Enthusiasm, good communication skills and an ability to establish rapport with patients and staff
