What we need:

Someone who can cook and actually wants to work

Minimum 1-2 years experience as Sous Chef or Head Chef

Pub/bistro experience essential

Strong food trend knowledge & cost control skills

Calm, professional leader who inspires their team

Certificate IV Kitchen Management qualification required

Australian work authorisation required
