We're launching a new retail store at Westfield Sydney Central Plaza and are looking for energetic, reliable, and customer-focused retail staff to join us our team.

This is a great opportunity to work with a fast-growing eCommerce brand in a face-to-face retail environment.

About the Role:
You’ll be working at our NEW retail store in Westfield Sydney Central Plaza, helping customers explore and purchase our range of wireless charging accessories. You'll need to be confident demonstrating tech/charging products, answering questions, and providing a great customer experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Engaging with customers and demonstrating SnapWireless products

Processing sales using a POS system (Shopify POS experience a bonus)

Meeting daily/weekly sales targets

Keeping the kiosk clean, tidy, and visually on-brand

Assisting with inventory checks

About You:

Previous sales experience in tech, lifestyle, or accessory retail (e.g. mobile accessories, Apple, JB Hi-Fi, Telstra etc)

Confident communicator who loves helping customers

Comfortable learning and explaining product features

Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Flexible to work weekdays, weekends, late-night trade, and peak periods (Black Friday, December rush)

Bonus: You’re into tech, travel, or sleek product design

Role Details:

Location: Westfield Sydney Central Plaza

Start Date: 3rd Nov 2025

Casual hourly rate + penalty rates on weekends/public holidays

Future plans for commission structures

Progression opportunity into a Lead Role for the right candidate. (To be in charge of running the day to day operations of the pop up)
