At S&H Spars, we’re leaders in high-quality yacht rigging and marine fabrication. Based on the Gold Coast, we service a wide range of clients, from private boat owners to performance racing yachts, delivering precision workmanship both in our workshop and on-site at local marinas.

We’re currently seeking a motivated General Fabricator / Factory Hand to join our small, hands-on team. This is a varied role involving a mix of workshop fabrication, warehouse duties, and on-site work at marinas across the Gold Coast.

Key Responsibilities:

General fabrication work with aluminium and stainless steel

Basic TIG welding and metal finishing

Assisting with yacht rigging preparation and installation

Operating hand and power tools safely and effectively

Supporting day-to-day tasks in the factory and warehouse

Requirements:

Experience with TIG welding aluminium and stainless steel would be great

Comfortable using basic power tools and workshop equipment

Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors and on boats

Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions

A current driver’s licence is essential. Manual license preferred

Previous sailing or marine industry experience is a plus, but not required
