Public Areas & Amenities Cleaner Byron Bay

The Role

We are seeking a Public Areas & Amenities Cleaner to join our team in Byron Bay, NSW. This is a casual position where you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of public areas and amenities in our local community. The role includes weekend work and some litter collection shifts in public spaces around Byron Bay.

What You’ll Be Doing

Cleaning and sanitising public toilets, showers, BBQs and other amenities to a high standard

Ensuring all public areas are kept clean and tidy

Collecting litter from public spaces, including weekends

Replenishing and restocking supplies

Reporting any maintenance issues or concerns to the management team

Providing excellent customer service to the public

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in a similar cleaning services role

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and independently

Good communication skills

Reliable, punctual and able to work a flexible schedule including weekends

Ability to lift and move equipment and supplies

Must have your own vehicle to get to and from the work site
