Viper Industrial Group PTY LTD is seeking a skilled Diesel motor Mechanic to join our family-owned business, As a Diesel Mechanic, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining diesel engines, construction equipment and vehicles. This role requires a high level of technical expertise and a commitment to providing top-notch service to our customers.

Tasks & responsibilities

Diagnose and repair diesel engines, equipment and vehicles

Perform routine maintenance on diesel equipment

Inspect and test vehicles and equipment to ensure they are in proper working condition

Keep accurate records of all work performed

Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues

Qualifications & experience

Certification/trade qualification in Heavy/Diesel Mechanics or suitable on the job training

Trade Certificate in Diesel Fitting, Heavy Duty Diesel Fitting, or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent demonstrated experience

4 years Proven experience working with diesel engines

Experience with heavy mobile equipment, earthmoving machinery, or construction equipment preferred

Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Valid HR driver's license or ability to obtain

Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening

Legal right to work in Australia
