About the Role
We are seeking a enthusiastic Exercise Physiologist to join our multidisciplinary team at Thrive Medical. While you’ll work across the lifespan, this role has a strong focus on supporting adult clients through evidence-based assessment, exercise prescription, and rehabilitation.
As part of the role, you will:
Deliver pre-employment medical assessments and functional capacity testing
Facilitate group fitness and rehabilitation classes across a range of populations
Provide individualised exercise prescription to support prevention, treatment, and management of chronic and complex conditions
Work with compensable schemes including WorkCover, Medicare, NDIS, and DVA
Collaborate closely with GPs, allied health, and care services to ensure holistic, client-centred care

What We’re Looking For
Exercise & Sports Science Australia (ESSA) registration
SIRA (or willing to obtain)
Current First Aid and CPR certification.
Current Working with Children Check (WWCC) and National Police Check.
NDIS worker check or willing to obtain
Desired Start: November 2025
