About The Swot Shop

The Swot Shop is a leading coaching academy dedicated to the education of gifted and high potential students. The Roles

Operating after-school hours during the week and on weekends, we have teaching opportunities available that fit in with teacher roles in schools.

Our teaching team comprises qualified and experienced early childhood, primary and high school teachers who share a passion for teaching and a dedication to student success. With a wealth of knowledge, our supportive and caring teachers are at the heart of The Swot Shop, bringing our educational philosophy to life every day.

Swot Shop teachers are given lesson plans, equipment for use in lessons and administrative support. This enables them to focus solely on the most effective delivery of programs and provide students with a stimulating learning experience that exercises their higher levels of thinking and encourages them to reach their potential.

Remuneration is attractive with additional pay for tasks such as marking, entry testing, parent talks etc.

Classes are available on weekdays, weekends and during school holidays. Teachers need to be available for 10 weeks at a time (for a school term). We are also looking for teachers who can step in to cover classes at shorter notice.
