Role Overview

We are seeking a Production Operator/Packer to join the production team in a fast-paced, high-quality manufacturing environment.

Location: Eight Mile Plains, QLD

Pay Rate: $37.06 per hour + Super

Schedule: Monday to Friday | 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Ongoing Casual Job with Potential for Permanency

Key Responsibilities:

Check the computer system for current orders to process.

Print and verify client/customer orders.

Prepare and operate the medicine dispensing machine.

Meet daily production schedules

Accurately pick, pack, and document quality checks throughout the packaging process.

Follow Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines at all times.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ 1-2 years of experience in a pharmaceutical, medical, health-related, or food industry packing role.
✅ Experience operating machinery.
✅ Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and with accuracy.
✅ Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
✅ Good computer literacy with proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
✅ Ability to pass a medical exam and submit a police check.
✅ Full working rights in Australia and availability to work Monday to Friday.
