The Role

We’re open to both early-career and experienced physiotherapists who are ready to build lasting relationships with clients and the community. You’ll gain exposure to a diverse caseload across both of our clinics:

Peak Performance Physio – sports and MSK focus, located above a fully-equipped gym, with strong links to athletes, coaches, and weekend warriors.

Downs Physiotherapy – the rehab specialists, offering inpatient, day rehab, and vestibular services alongside post-op care and general physiotherapy. You’ll also have access to Frenzel Goggles and V-HIT technology.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow a loyal client caseload

Deliver evidence-based treatment for sports, musculoskeletal, and post-operative rehab presentations

Provide exercise prescription and Pilates-based interventions

Collaborate with local GPs, surgeons, and allied health professionals

Participate in regular professional development sessions and mentoring programs

About You

AHPRA-registered (or in progress) Physiotherapist

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients

Sound clinical reasoning and a growth mindset

Interest in sports/MSK, rehab, or both, we can help you expand your skillset

Motivated to learn, develop, and contribute to a team environment
