About the Role
As a Registered Nurse at Fig Tree, you will:

Provide high-quality clinical care and oversee care planning for residents.

Support and mentor care staff, ensuring compliance with best practice and regulatory requirements.

Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure residents’ health, safety, and comfort.

Contribute to a culture of respect, dignity, and compassion.

What We’re Looking For

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.

Strong clinical skills and a commitment to excellence in aged care.

Ability to work effectively within a team and communicate with residents, families, and colleagues.

Compassion, reliability, and a genuine passion for improving quality of life for older people.

NDIS Screen Check or willing to apply for one.
