Positions have become available to join our awesome elite Civil Construction team here at GS Civil. With 25yrs experience working exclusively for local government councils we have a reputation with our clients and long standing employees that speaks for itself. We also performance review every 6 months allowing team members to grow and give us feedback on how we can improve.

What we need: A general legend, someone that works well in a team and is ok with laughing half the day on site, our guys are somewhat too happy most of the time. We value attitude, initiative and work ethic over all else, and have trained many of our long standing staff up that have shown these qualities. However tickets such as MR truck license are handy, as well as some general construction experience (it helps if you can operate a shovel!) We pay above award rate and actively negotiate pay and conditions with our employees as their role progresses.
