💼 The Opportunity: Area Manager
We’re looking for a motivated, outcome-driven leader to join our expanding team. Whether you’re a seasoned clinician ready to step into leadership, or an experienced manager looking for a more values-aligned environment—this is your chance to lead with impact.
🔍 What You’ll Be Doing:
Leading by example in delivering evidence-based, community-based rehabilitation services.
Conducting comprehensive health and injury assessments across a diverse caseload (ages 0–65).
Supporting clients with disability and/or complex chronic conditions to achieve greater independence and quality of life.
Mentoring and guiding other clinicians.
Contributing to training resources, service innovation, and team development.
Building strong relationships with clients, families, and referral networks.
Applying your commercial acumen to understand referral trends and drive sustainable growth.
Managing a profit and loss statement
Assisting with the entirety of the employee life cycle from selection, to onboarding, to learning and development and offboarding
🧠 What You Bring:
Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
Current AHPRA
Strong clinical experience (NDIS experience preferred but not essential)
A passion for helping people reach their full potential
Excellent communication, advocacy, and stakeholder engagement skills
Strong commercial accument
A valid driver’s licence + Working with Children Check
Bonus points for additional qualifications in disability or leadership
