About the Role

Provide high-quality clinical nursing care to aged care residents

Lead and support care teams through supervision, coaching, and guidance

Ensure care delivery meets Aged Care Quality Standards and best practice

Promote a safe, inclusive, and compassionate workplace

What You’ll Need

Current AHPRA registration (Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent)

Clinical knowledge of age-related health issues

Sound understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to coach, mentor, and resolve conflicts effectively

Willingness to undergo a Police Check and NDIS clearance
