About the Role
We are seeking a proactive APS3 Participant Support Officer to join the National Delivery team. This team manages operational functions across State and Territory offices to ensure consistent, accessible experiences for participants. You will be responsible for setting priorities, managing workflow, and providing high-quality support to internal and external stakeholders.

What You Will Do
Provide front-of-house and telephone support for client enquiries, resolving issues or escalating as needed
Manage shared inboxes, appointments, and communications
Undertake administrative and procedural tasks, including data entry, research, and report preparation
Coordinate appointments and ensure office facilities meet operational needs
Assist in project management tasks, including supporting project plans, reporting, and analysis
Contribute to team process improvements, collaboration, and on-the-job support
Receive and record client feedback and complaints, ensuring follow-up is completed
What You Will Bring
Proven customer service skills and the ability to manage sensitive or challenging conversations
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities using evidence and sound judgment
Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities
Collaborative mindset and experience working in a team-focused environment
Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and follow established procedures
Desirable: experience in client-facing roles, project support, or administrative coordination
