🤘 The Role

This is a Graphic Designer role where your main focus will be designing high-performing social media ads. You’ll craft visuals that grab attention, stop the scroll, and get people clicking across Meta, Google, TikTok and more.

Alongside ad design, you’ll also work on large asset rollouts, branding, EDMs, landing pages and print, giving you plenty of variety to show your creative flair.

Your role is a pivotal in our creative (design & video) team, where you’ll be adding value, experience and expertise but you’ll also collaborate closely with Account Managers and Media Buyers to bring campaigns to life that don’t just look good, they drive results.

🌟 What You’ll Be Doing

Designing social media advertising creatives that look epic and convert

Turning campaign concepts into assets across multiple formats & platforms

Working with account managers & media buyers to deliver creative that aligns with strategy

Creating digital assets for EDMs, websites, landing pages, and the occasional print project

Staying sharp with design, advertising, and social media trends

🔧 You’ll Need

2–4+ years’ experience as a designer (agency experience a must)

Adobe Creative Suite wizardry - especially Illustrator & Photoshop

Ideally, but not mandatory, experience with Figma. Or, at least, an eagerness to learn

The ability to pick up new skills quickly and adapt to new design software

A solid understanding of AI image generation and how to effectively use it in a professional graphic design setting

Experience designing ads for paid social media campaigns

Strong conceptual skills with the ability to take ideas to execution

The ability to work fast, juggle multiple projects & nail deadlines

Bonus: Motion design, video editing or other creative skills
