Storeperson – Warehouse & Dispatch

Storeperson – Duties & Responsibilities

Pick and pack finished goods for delivery or customer collection.

Organise and book couriers (local, country, interstate) online or via phone.

Ensure all outgoing products are labelled correctly and meet quality standards.

Packaging and handling of finished goods

Greet and assist customers collecting products or returning goods.

Working with production and customer service teams to meet delivery deadlines

Assist Purchasing Officers with receiving incoming goods and checking deliveries.

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the despatch area.

What We're Looking For

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines

High attention to detail and pride in your work

Physically fit and capable of manual handling

Ability to lift and stand for extended periods

Experience in warehousing or despatch

Minimum 1-2 years' experience in warehousing, dispatch, or similar logistics role

Strong team player with good communication skills

Basic computer skills for inventory management and dispatch systems

Current Forklift Licence (LF class) or willingness to obtain

Australian work rights (citizenship, permanent residency, or valid work visa)
