Our client, supply to the Construction Industry and are seeking an Experienced Trade Counter Sales Operator to join their Team in Brisbane.

About the Role:

Monday to Friday

Working hours: 6am or 7am starts until approx 3pm or 4pm

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional face-to-face customer service

Maintain a clean and tidy store environment

Conduct regular inventory checks

Handle inbound calls and respond to customer emails

Enter data accurately into SAP

Assist the warehouse team with picking orders when required

What We’re Looking For:

Previous customer service experience (preferably in a trade store environment)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in SAP and basic computer skills

Ability to multitask and work independently

A proactive approach and positive attitude
