We are looking for a reliable individual to join our team as a Junior or Apprentice Gardener. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity to learn professional horticultural skills while helping to maintain beautiful gardens across Sydney. Details:

Days: Monday to Friday (Full-Time/Apprenticeship)

Pay: $22-$25 per hour

Location: Various garden sites across Sydney, NSW

What You’ll Do

Your primary duties will be essential to creating and maintaining stunning outdoor spaces:

Basic Garden Maintenance: Planting, weeding, mulching, and lawn care.

Plant Care: Watering, basic pruning, and monitoring plant health.

Equipment Operation: Learning to safely use basic gardening tools and equipment.

Site Cleanup: Debris removal and keeping work areas tidy.

Team Support: Working cooperatively with senior team members to complete tasks.

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have Experience & Skills:

A strong interest in horticulture (personal gardening experience is valued).

Physical ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and perform manual tasks.

A positive, willing-to-learn attitude and the ability to follow instructions.

Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.

A valid Australian driver’s license is preferred.
