TEACHER VCE VM / VPC POSITION

Join Juniper College, a growing independent school, and make a real difference in the lives of young people! We are looking for a dedicated VCE VM & VPC Teacher (ongoing) at our Peninsula campus who is passionate about supporting students to thrive academically, socially, and personally.

This role offers the opportunity to create a safe, inspiring, and engaging learning environment. The position can be full-time or part-time, tailored to final teaching allocations and the preferred candidate’s agreement.

Start date 24 January 2026.

Juniper College is an independent school educating young people in Years 10 to 12 who may have experienced barriers to learning. We offer the Victorian Pathways Certificate (VPC) and the VCE Vocational Major (VCE VM) .

Your Opportunity

The classroom teacher role holds responsibility for creating a safe and engaging environment for students to learn and thrive. We welcome experienced teachers to apply from Secondary backgrounds. Previous experience teaching VCE VM or VPC, or strong skills in numeracy, would be highly beneficial.

Your Skills and Experience

As a qualified teacher you will bring with you the passion and drive to provide positive impacts for students. Within your experience you will know how to confidently tailor curriculum to students’ individual needs and monitor and support students’ academic growth.

The successful candidate will:

· Develop, plan and teach an engaging curriculum tailored to all students' individual needs.

· Support students’ academic development by monitoring outcomes and growth.

· Ensure the effective delivery of trauma informed, strengths-based education.

Starting Salary $83,568- $123,966

· The appointment of the successful applicant will be made subject to satisfactory pre- employment conditions check.

· A probationary period will apply. To be eligible for employment, a person must have full registration from the Victorian Institute of Teaching.
