What You'll Do (and Do Well)

Deliver all autoglass replacements and repairs to a high standard:

Windscreens: R&R, reseals, chip repairs

Side & rear glass: Door, quarter, cargo

Finishing: Mouldings, trims, leak & fitment checks

Diagnose issues, delight customers, and keep the workshop safe, tidy, and efficient

What You Bring

Prior experience in autoglass fitting (tickets/certs a bonus)

A minimum of 6-12 months of autoglass fitting experience is required

Steady hands, sharp eye, and pride in a neat finish

Current driver's licence + right to work in Australia

A full driver's licence is required for this position

Reliable, safety-focused, and genuinely keen to grow with the business
