About the role

Team Global Express are seeking Trade Qualified Heavy Vehicle Mechanics in Mackay

Permanent Full Time employment

Competitive Hourly Rate: $48 p/h

Permanent Full Time employment, with Superannuation paid @ 12%

The successful applicants will also be eligible for a weekly Tool Allowance & Laundry Allowance

Complete general servicing tasks on Heavy Vehicles. The types of vehicles the team services include Mercedes Benz, Kenworth, Volvo, Isuzu, Fuso, Hino and Freightliner.

Diagnostics, repair and maintenance of mechanical, pneumatic, diesel systems, auto electrical, air conditioning and hydraulic repairs in accordance with requirements detailed on job cards

Supportive and collaborative management to ensure you are supported at all times

Work at a Modern workshop with top of the line diagnostic equipment

What you'll bring

Proven experience in a similar role

Possess a Trade Qualification as a Heavy vehicle Diesel Mechanic minimum certificate (III)

Demonstrated ability working within a fast-paced environment

Previous diagnostic investigation experience

Be able to maintain a high degree of safety and in-line with HSE policies + procedures

Be able to maintain quality and urgency in your work
