We are looking for a physio to join our client's multidisciplinary team in Canberra City

All Applicants Welcomed and Multiple Positions Available (Experienced or Graduates)

1+ years relevant work experience OR previous private practice experience highly desirable

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to combine clinical physiotherapy with exercise physiology in a modern, gym-style setting. You'll work with a diverse caseload, including clients aged 55+ with chronic conditions, younger clients in their late 20s and 30s managing ongoing issues, and athletes striving for peak performance.

Caseload will start at 15 clients per week, grow to 30 within 1-2 months and build to 45-50 clients per week by 12 months. You will work closely with a supportive team of 5 Physiotherapists, 1 Exercise Physiologist and 8 Exercise Scientists

What We're Looking For

Strong communication skills - this is a client-facing role where rapport is everything

A positive, professional attitude with the ability to build lasting client relationships

Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service, or reception is highly regarded

Open to new graduates with natural communication skills and eagerness to learn

What's on Offer

Competitive salary $70,000-$85,000 + super (experienced physios can progress to $90,000-$110,000+)
