About the Role

Our Sunshine Coast office is seeking a motivated surveyor with 1 – 5 years experience to join our growing team working mostly in the land development space. Working closely with a senior cadastral surveyor and an experienced survey team you'll gain valuable hands-on experience, build your technical skills, and develop your career in a supportive environment that values professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

Conducting field surveys, calculating and reducing data, preparing reports and plans for cadastral, as constructed, and topographical projects.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, project consultants and civil contractors.

Contributing to problem-solving and innovative solutions for complex surveying challenges.

Taking part in relevant training and mentorship to help achieve professional milestones and career growth.

What You'll Bring

1-5 years proven experience in fieldwork and survey data processing

A proactive attitude and a passion for learning and growing in the industry

Proficiency with modern survey equipment and software (Trimble, TBC, 12D, AutoCAD/BricsCAD)

Degree or Diploma in Surveying (highly desirable)

Valid Queensland driver’s license and Construction White Card

Registration with the Surveyors Board (highly desirable – we’ll support you if you’re working toward it!)

Legal right to live and work in Australia
