We’re on the hunt for a Business Services Manager who loves helping businesses navigate tax complexities while thinking big picture. You’ll lead a team, work closely with clients and play a key role in delivering top-tier tax and advisory services. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee a portfolio of clients, providing expert tax and advisory services
• Assess and review tax returns, oversee quality control
• Provide guidance, mentoring, and constructive feedback to junior accountants
• Deliver strategic tax planning and year-end advice
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• Drive process improvements and efficiencies within the tax function

What do you need?

• 5+ years’ experience in tax accounting (Big 4 or mid-tier firm experience preferred)
• CA or CPA qualification
• Strong ability to manage a portfolio of clients and competing deadlines
• Ability to mentor and train junior accountants
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Proactive approach and ability to work autonomously
