Warehouse Assistant – Gillman

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Assistant to support the Gillman operations. This role is integral to the smooth running of our warehouse, ensuring stock is accurately managed and orders are efficiently prepared and dispatched.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting with daily warehouse operations

Managing inventory, including stock control and regular stocktakes

Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch

Handling dispatch duties, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of goods

Operating forklifts safely and efficiently

Using warehouse management systems and basic computer programs to track inventory

Communicating effectively with team members and management

Requirements:

Current Forklift License

Experience in freight, logistics, or warehouse operations

Strong computer literacy

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Comfortable working within a small team

Additional Information:

Casual position with full-time hours

Permanent opportunity

Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm (flexible)

Interviews will be conducted in Mile End, but the role is based in Gillman.
