The Role

MI Plumbers are trusted by leading businesses to keep their facilities running smoothly through reliable plumbing and maintenance services and looking for an experienced plumber to join our commercial maintenance team.

In this role, you’ll work across a diverse range of commercial sites in Perth carrying out both scheduled maintenance and urgent repairs on building services, and critical infrastructure.

It’s a great opportunity for a skilled plumber who wants to broaden their experience, take on more responsibility, and grow into future leadership while staying hands-on in the trade.

Key Duties

Lead in field operations, taking ownership of their role and the service they provide to the customer

Supervision of additional support technicians & apprentices as required when additional works arise

Carry out mandatory documents including but not limited to permits and SWMS in line with tasks

Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent

Skills & Experience

WA Driver’s Licence

Trade qualification in plumbing

Gas Fitter Licence – preferred but not essential

Basic understanding of MS Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc)

The ability to interpret plans and drawings

High Risk Work Licence - highly regarded
