Ironstone Australia is currently seeking an Experienced Electrician to join a leading Tier 1 mining company on a 2:1 FIFO roster from Perth. This is a great opportunity to work independently in a mining environment with a supportive and professional team.

About the Role

• FIFO ONLY FROM PERTH
• Paid Fortnightly
• 2:1 Roster
• Full Time Hours / Casual Contract

Must Have:

• Full Australian Electrical License (No Provisional Licenses Accepted)
• Manual Driver’s License
• White Card and LVR/CPR Certificate
• High Risk License (EWP, Forklift) desirable.
• Minimum 3-5 years 'experience in electrical installation or maintenance projects.

Ideal Experience Includes:

• Experience in mining, construction or industrial projects is highly regarded.

Role Description:

• Perform installation of cable trays, conduits and support systems.
• Pull, terminate, and connect power, control and instrumentation cables.
• Install and wire switchboards, distribution boards, and associated equipment.
• Carry out electrical works in compliance with project drawings, ITPs, and specifications.
• Assist with testing, verification, and pre-commissioning activities.
• Ensure adherence to all site safety procedures, permits and JHAs.
• Report defects, hazards, and progress issues to the leading Hand or site supervisor.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and materials in good working condition.

• Strong technical knowledge of electrical installation practices.
• Ability to interpret electrical drawing, schematics, and work instructions.
• Attention to detail and commitment to deliver quality workmanship.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

• Team-oriented with good communication and problem -solving skills.
• Flexibility to perform multiple roles depending on site requirements
