Forklift Operators (Counterbalance) – Morning Shift | Rochedale

Labourforce is currently seeking experienced Counterbalance Forklift Operators to join our client’s team in Rochedale on an ongoing basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for reliable operators looking for stable work with an immediate start.

Role Details

Shift: Day shift, 5:00 am start

Location: Rochedale

Pay Rate: $37 per hour (+ overtime penalties & superannuation)

First 42 hours paid at flat rate

Overtime rates apply after 42 hours

Start Date: Immediate

Key Responsibilities

Operate Counterbalance forklift for:

Order picking

Stock rotation

Staging finished orders

Put-away of inbound stock

General warehouse support as required

About You

Current forklift licence (Counterbalance essential)

Physically fit – ability to lift up to 20kg as required

Willing to complete pre-employment medical process

Reliable and punctual, with own transport to Rochedale

Pre-Employment Requirements

All successful applicants must complete a Pre-Employment Medical, conducted onsite by our Occupational Nurse during the interview process. This includes a Drug & Alcohol test.
