We’re looking for a motivated Organisation and Methods Analyst to join our Finance and Operations team to review, analyse and improve internal workflows across finance and administrative operations.

Your Impact
Reporting to the Finance Controller / General Manager, you will:

Analyse internal workflows, financial and administrative processes to identify inefficiencies and risks

Develop and implement solutions to improve accuracy, efficiency, and compliance

Review accounts processes, campaign management, and trust accounting procedures

Support monthly financial close and reporting requirements

Document policies, procedures, and operations manuals to standardise processes

Collaborate with teams to validate data and improve operational practices

Participate in ad hoc internal reviews and business improvement initiatives

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or related field

1 years experience in business process analysis, workflow improvement, or financial operations

Previous experience working in the property industry highly desirable

Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and documentation experience

Proven ability to improve processes and contribute to operational efficiency

Proactive, collaborative mindset with excellent communication
