About this role:

Kanda is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our community nursing team to provide care and improve health outcomes for our Veteran (DVA) and Aged community clients in Melbourne's South and South Eastern Suburbs. This is a great way to experience work-life balance in a friendly team environment.

You will be required to be available Monday to Friday and rotational weekends, from 8.00am.

You will be required to visit multiple clients in different locations within their own homes with a wide travel radius required.

You will be paid for the full shift, including the times you travel between clients. A generous KM allowance is also included.

Reporting to the Clinical Manager, and with the guidance of other Registered Nurses, you will receive support during your work across the community care sector.

The following are essential in order to progress your application:

• A minimum of 12 months experience within an in-home/community or aged care facility setting
• Current CPR Certificate
• Covid Vaccination (2 doses minimum)
• Current AHPRA Registration
• 2 professional references from previous supervisors or managers
• Good time management skills
• Your own reliable vehicle registered and insured
• Current drivers licence
• Current police clearance certificate (or willing to obtain)
• Working with Children check (or willing to obtain)
• Access to personal computer/email and printer
