- Provide expert advice on leasing, licensing, property, and cultural heritage matters.
- Engage with Traditional Owners, community groups, and internal stakeholders.
- Investigate and resolve land management issues including encroachments and fencing.
- Facilitate tenancy processes and ensure lease compliance.
- Prepare reports, assessments, and documentation related to cultural heritage and land tenure.
- Contribute to policy and procedure development in relation to cultural heritage and land matters.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Cultural Heritage Management, Business, Law, or related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in property document management and stakeholder engagement.
- Working knowledge of cultural heritage legislation and land tenure systems.
- QLD "C" Class Driver's Licence (or interstate equivalent).

- Base annual salary of $ 91,166
- Up to 18% superannuation (conditions apply).
