What You’ll Do:

Learn and perform various tasks related to spray seal and road maintenance as part of a sealing crew.

Operate equipment under supervision to prepare, apply, and finish sealing surfaces.

General labouring tasks

Maintain a strong focus on safety and quality in everything you do.

About You:
You don’t need to have a strong background in construction or asphalt – we’re looking for individuals who are:

Keen to learn and take on new challenges.

Enthusiastic about working outdoors and being part of a team.

Committed to fostering inclusion and bringing unique perspectives to the job.

Physically fit and prepared for hands-on work.

Flexible with shift work including days, nights and the occasional weekend.

Prepared to be Living Away From Home during week days throughout regional Victoria.

Be willing and eager to learn our trade

Practical awareness of the civil/trades industry

MR or HR licence preferably
