Position: Painter Blaster ⚒️

Location: Henderson - Workshop Project 🏠

Hours: Monday - Saturday 50+ hour weeks 🔥

Pay: $56-$60ph 🔥

Tecside are currently on the search for experienced Painter Blasters to be a part of our clients Manufactoring and Fabrication Team. You'll be working at Australia's largest fabrication facility of its kind!

Key Responsibilities

• Mobilising and demobilising blasting hoppers, spray pumps, and encapsulations
• Abrasive blasting to SA 3 standard on ferrous and non-ferrous substrates
• Mechanical and hand preparation using orbital sanders and MBX tools
• Application of coatings via brush, roller, and primarily airless spray
• Completing up to 5-coat application systems
• Touch-up work and remediation based on inspection outcomes

What We're Looking For

• 3-5 years' industry experience in industrial painting and abrasive blasting
• Proven competency with airless spray and surface preparation techniques
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality standards

Desirable Qualifications:

• High-Risk Work Licence - LF (Forklift) and EWP (Elevated Work Platform)
• Working at Heights certification
