My client, based in the Northern suburbs of Perth, are specialists in supplying and installing metal roofing solutions to WA Builders in both residential and commercial sectors.

Working predominantly in the north and east of the Perth metro area they are looking to appoint an experienced Residential Roofing Supervisor to support their continuing growth and demand.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage roofing teams, ensuring quality and efficiency
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality control
• Ensure adherence to safety standards on-site
• Communicate with clients to address needs and concerns
• Manage materials and equipment on-site
• Provide training and development for the team
• Troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth project execution
• Maintain records and submit reports

About You:

To be successful in this role you will be a natural leader with a flair for exceptional communication with both internal staff, suppliers and customers. In addition to this, you will excel in:

• Proven experience ideally in residential roofing and leadership roles
• Knowledge of roofing systems
• Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills
• Ability to read blueprints and meet project deadlines
• Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
• Ability to lift heavy materials and equipment

Desirable although not essential additional skills:

• Roofing certification or related qualifications
• First Aid/CPR and OSHA certifications
• Experience with residential roofing projects

The base salary is negotiable depending on your skills and abilities (Circa $110k - $115k + super *Negotiable) and will also attract a company vehicle (ute), fuel card, laptop / phone.
